Enquiry drafts

The enquiry form saves an unfinished draft in your browser on this device. Drafts last saved more than 30 days ago are not restored. Consent is not saved. Use Clear draft to remove it; a successful submission also clears the saved draft.

Submitted enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your contact details, requirements, consent and submission time are stored to handle your enquiry. Keep your request reference for follow-up. Our team receives an email copy so we can respond. The enquiry form asks for your consent to use these details for that purpose. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process the form; if you leave them blank, it cannot be submitted. You can use our direct contact links instead.

Hosting and email

FastComet provides the hosting, database storage, email delivery and mailboxes used by this website. Our selected primary hosting location is Frankfurt, Germany. Submitted enquiries are stored on the hosting account and copied to our enquiry mailbox. Restricted backups support recovery after a technical failure. Service providers and authorised members of our team may process information as needed to operate these services and respond to your request. Provider operations may involve processing outside Georgia, including countries other than the primary hosting location. FastComet describes its processing arrangements and transfer protections in its data processing terms. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

External contact links

Telegram and WhatsApp links open those services. Information you choose to send there is handled through that service, under its own privacy terms. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email application. The website does not send your saved enquiry draft to these services merely because you open a link.

Optional analytics

On mice.ge, Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager only if you allow analytics. It measures page visits, successful enquiries and clicks on our contact links. Approved campaign labels from marketing links help us identify the source of visits. Our custom events do not include your name, email, phone number, enquiry text or request reference. Google processes technical usage data and uses analytics cookies after consent. Advertising storage and personalisation are disabled. Google explains the technical information it receives and how it uses it in its information for visitors to partner websites.

You can decline analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. Change your choice below; withdrawing consent reloads the page and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Local development does not collect analytics unless an explicit debug preview is opened.

Retention

Our retention period for closed enquiries that do not result in a contract is 12 months after closure. Records due for removal are reviewed together with their associated email copies. Contract and accounting records are handled separately according to their purpose and applicable obligations. Records needed for an unresolved claim or another legal obligation are reviewed before removal. Restricted backups may retain earlier copies until the relevant backup retention period ends. They are kept separately from routine enquiry handling.

Your choices

You can ask us about the information we hold about you, request access or a copy, ask for corrections, and request deletion or restriction where applicable. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Contact mice@mice.ge and include your enquiry reference if you have it. Please do not send identity documents unless we agree on a secure way to verify your request.

You can also raise a data-protection complaint with the State Audit Office of Georgia or seek a judicial remedy under applicable law.

Do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive health information. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or reserve services.
